The Adv. Vehicle Plant is a level 2 factory capable of creating level 2 and 3 vehicles; both the CORE and the ARM are able to build the Adv. Vehicle Plant. Each Adv. Vehicle Plant also increases the player's energy and metal storage capacity by 200.
