The Diplomat is a level 2 vehicle armed with vertical-launch heavy rockets that cause a significant amount of damage to enemy units if they hit, while also boasting greater range than missile turrets, though they are limited by a substantial reload duration. The rockets do the same damage as those of the Missile Frigate, but are fired at a slower rate. Its ARM counterpart is the Merl.
