The Executioner is a level 2 combat ship; it takes everything from the Enforcer except its speed and brings it one step further. It deals heavy damage to other ships, provides good shore bombardment, and is devastating against submarines. It also has quite low build time for a level 2 ship, and makes a great foundation for any respectable fleet. Its ARM counterpart is the Conqueror.
