The Pelican is a level 2 Kbot with the ability to transform and cross water masses; its weapons aren't particularly powerful possibly due to the fact it functions better as an anti-air unit; it is, however, quite hardy. It is different from its CORE counterpart, the Gimp, as well as the amphibious tanks in that it glides on the water surface rather than travel under it, and thus is able to attack while crossing water bodies.
