The Phalanx is a level 2 ARM anti-air flak vehicle introduced in the Battle Tactics expansion; being a flak vehicle, the Phalanx is only useful when fighting aircraft and as a result, cannot open fire against land-based units (unless guarding a unit that is under attack, but that is a glitch present in all mobile flak vehicles 3rd-party or OTA). Its CORE counterpart is the Copperhead.
