The Seer is a radar vehicle capable of revealing enemy locations; because it is mobile, it can reveal enemy locations anywhere on a map without having to build Radar Towers in potentially dangerous areas, but it will not reveal the locations of units under the protection of a radar jammer. Its CORE counterpart is the Informer.
