The Solar Collector is a level 1 structure available to both the ARM and the CORE. It provides a constant +20 to the player's Energy production, which is reliable but not very high. It is essential in the early stages of constructing a base and when the wind strength is low or nothing for powering the Wind Generators, and the player should construct as many of them as possible until better energy production sources become available.

The CORE Solar Collector resembles a bunker in appearance. When activated, the top lifts up and solar panels slide out of the four corners of the structure; more solar panels then start to swing out, revealing the CORE insignia in the center of the structure. When attacked or switched off, the inverse happens.
ARM[]
The ARM Solar Collector is more simplistic in design than its CORE counterpart. It resembles a pyramid with sides that fold out to reveal solar panels. When attacked or switched off, the sides fold in, protecting the solar panels from damage.
